BrightStar Care of Lubbock is seeking a dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a one-on-one pediatric private duty assignment in Lubbock, Texas.

The role involves school-hour nursing, medication administration, respiratory monitoring, portable defibrillator management, and thorough charting, with collaboration among family and care teams. Requires Texas LVN license and CPR/BLS; pediatric/home health experience preferred.

Formación

• Current, unrestricted Texas LVN license.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• Trach and ventilator experience is a plus.
• Respiratory care experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn portable defibrillator management.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Own device and reliable internet access to access schedule and charting.
• Pediatric, private duty, or home health experience preferred but not required.

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Pediatric Private Duty

BrightStar Care of Lubbock is hiring a dependable LVN for a one-on-one pediatric private duty assignment.

What You’ll Do

• Provide nursing care during school hours.

• Administer medications as ordered.

• Monitor respiratory status and changes in condition.

• Monitor and manage the portable defibrillator.

• Follow activity restrictions and safety measures.

• Communicate with the family, school, and care team.

• Complete required documentation.

Schedule & Pay

• $22–$25 per hour, based on experience.

• Monday through Sunday (days/nights).

• 40 hours per week.

• Weekly pay.

• Lubbock,TX

What You’ll Need

• Current, unrestricted Texas LVN license.
