Care Options for Kids in Pennsylvania seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver focused, one-on-one pediatric home health care. You will work with a registered nurse and clinical leadership to provide safe, consistent care in the home.

The role emphasizes meaningful patient relationships, clear direction, and support from a dedicated clinical team, with opportunities for growth and flexibility in scheduling.

Formación

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License.
• TB Skin Test or TB Blood Test.
• BLS CPR card (in-person).
• Valid driver's license.
• G-tube/trach/vent experience or willingness to train.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one pediatric home health care.
• Work with RN and clinical leadership to follow plans of care.
• Deliver safe, compassionate nursing in the patient’s home.

Requirements
