Care Options for Kids seeks an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver pediatric home health care with a focus on one-on-one patient support. You will work closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership to ensure safe, accurate, and compassionate care in the patient’s home.

Qualifications

• Current, active Florida LPN license.
• Current BLS CPR card (in-person) required.
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF) required.
• Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed).
• Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website).
