Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health care in Florida. You will work with a registered nurse and clinical leadership to deliver skilled nursing care in the patient’s home, ensuring safety and adherence to CDC guidelines.

This role offers a sign-on bonus up to $2,500, competitive pay between $28 and $35 per hour, weekly pay, benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), CEU credits, and training opportunities,

Qualifications

• Valid Delaware LPN License or Multistate License is required.
• Current Florida LPN license is required.
• BLS CPR certification (in-person) is required.

• Work with RN and clinical leadership to deliver skilled nursing.
• Ensure safety, CDC guideline alignment, and clear care plans.

• PPD or TB Blood Test (QF)

• Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed)
• Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website)
