Qualifications

• Experience in G-tube, trach, and vent care or willingness to train required.
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF) needed.
• 1-Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video provided for free.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physician-ordered treatments, including various nursing tasks.
• Assist in nutrition management via feeding tubes and tracheostomy care.
• Provide ventilation care and seizure assessments.

Requirements for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

• Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
• G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed)
• 1- Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website)
