• Experience with G-tube, trach, and vent is preferred or willing to train.
• Current BLS CPR card required, obtained in-person.

Responsibilities

• Provide physician-ordered treatments including tracheostomy care and seizure assessments.
• Ensure patient nutritional support through feeding tubes.
• Deliver care in a pediatric home health setting.

  • Ventilation care
  • Seizure assessment and treatment

Requirements for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

• Current, active Florida RN or LPN license
• Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
• G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed)
• 1- Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website)
