Responsibilities Of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)

• Medication administration per physician orders
• Physician ordered treatments for:
• Nutrition via a feeding tube
• Tracheostomy care
• Suctioning nasal, oral and/or endotracheal
• Ventilation care
• Seizure assessment and treatment

Requirements For Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)

• Current, active Colorado LPN License
• Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
• G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
