Responsibilities of LPNs:

• Providing one-to-one nursing care in a home environment
• Following directions from the clinical team and oversight by a registered nurse
• Adhering to the care plan
• Following all clinical and office policies

Requirements for LPNs:

• Valid New Jersey LPN License or Multistate License
• Physical within the last three years
• PPD or Chest X-Ray
• Valid BLS CPR card (in person)
• Valid driver’s license
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train
