Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse with a valid state license.
• CPR certification must be obtained in person.
• Experience with G-tube, trach, or vent preferred.

Requirements for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
• PPD or Chest X-Ray
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
• Valid driver's license
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
