Qualifications

• GED/High School diploma required.
• 0–2 years experience in a lab or phlebotomy preferred.
• Pediatric phlebotomy experience preferred.
• CPR within 30 days of hire; Phlebotomy certificate within 1 year; pediatric training helpful.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy and EKG testing for neonate to adult patients.
• Manage specimens and patient registration; coordinate with lab operations.
• Conduct QA/QC tasks to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
• May travel to Dayton Children's locations including main and satellite sites.
