Job summary

Phoenix Children's Hospital, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist for Interventional Radiology in a pediatric acute-care setting. You will support radiologists during minimally invasive, image-guided procedures and ensure patient safety.

Responsibilities include patient prep, sterile technique, equipment operation, and ongoing monitoring. Qualifications include ARRT/JRCERT, AZ MRTBE, BLS, and pediatric/interventional imaging experience.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a JRCERT approved radiologic program.
• One year diagnostic imaging experience preferred.
• Experience in interventional radiology and/or Cath lab preferred.
• One year pediatric imaging experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Explain procedures to patients.
• Prepare and position patients for procedures.
• Maintain sterile environment and set up sterile equipment.
• Operate radiographic equipment for high-quality exams.
• Monitor patients with hemodynamic and physiological equipment.
• Perform quality control checks on imaging equipment.
• Educate and mentor staff; participate in research projects.
