Children's National Medical Center is seeking a faculty radiology physician to care for patients in hospital and clinics, while contributing to research, education, and advocacy per leadership direction.

The role requires an MD, board certification (or eligible) in radiology, and a commitment to quality, ethics, and ongoing professional development. The position includes on-call duties and family-centered care, with a strong emphasis on interdisciplinary collaboration.

Formación

• MD degree from an accredited medical school (Required).
• Ability to supervise, advise, and train clinical professionals and/or students.
• Commitment to ongoing education and current knowledge in subspecialty.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical care for patients in hospital and clinics; contribute to research, education, and advocacy initiatives as directed.
• Oversee medical care team and ensure timely records and communication to improve continuity and patient experience.
• Provide on-call services as determined by division leadership.
• Engage in family-centered care and refer patients to specialists and ancillary services as appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with bylaws, policies, and quality and safety standards.
• Participate in education programs and supervise trainees in clinical settings.
