Children's National Rehabilitation and Specialized Care Center (RSC) seeks an Inpatient Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat infants, children, and adolescents with complex communication and feeding disorders in a pediatric rehab setting.

You will collaborate with a wide interdisciplinary team to develop individualized plans, conduct assessments, and implement evidence-based therapies, including AAC when appropriate, while guiding families through discharge planning and education.

Qualificações

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program.
• Current or eligible SLP license for DC upon hire.
• CPR certification required.
• ASHA CCC or in CF supervising pathway in process.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and treat infants to adolescents with complex communication and feeding disorders.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, educators, and families on treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and provide evidence-based speech therapy and AAC interventions.
• Support discharge planning and family education throughout rehabilitation.
• Maintain documentation per hospital policy and regulatory standards.
