Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BSN)
• Active RN license in state of practice
• 3 years' nursing experience in a pediatric clinical setting
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily activities of the Inpatient Unit.
• Oversee care delivered to patients and ensure resources are available for care.
• Foster collaborative relationships with staff and healthcare teams.
• Assist with professional development of nursing staff and ensure quality of care standards.
