Job summary

Williamson Health seeks a Registered Nurse to serve as Pediatric Clinical Coordinator, overseeing inpatient and emergency pediatric services. You will lead staffing, patient flow, and quality of care, partnering with nursing leadership, physicians, and allied teams to deliver family-centered care.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years pediatric nursing, leadership experience, and current RN license with BLS/PALS/ACLS/ENPC or TNCC.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years pediatric nursing experience (inpatient and/or emergency).
Current RN license required.
BLS, PALS, ACLS, ENPC or TNCC certifications required or to be obtained within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

Provides frontline clinical leadership and support to pediatric inpatient and ED staff.
Coordinates daily operations including patient flow, bed placement, and throughput.
Monitors census and acuity to support safe staffing decisions.
Serves as a resource for staff and assists with clinical decision-making.
Conducts clinical rounding to promote patient safety and family-centered care.
Collaborates with physicians, respiratory therapy, pediatric educators, and other departments.
Supports quality improvement initiatives and documentation standards.
Partners with pediatric educator to support onboarding and ongoing education.
