Qualifications

• Education: Doctor of Pharmacy Degree OR BS Pharmacy Degree.
• Experience: BS Pharmacy degree requires 2 years of pharmacy practice or residency; Doctor of Pharmacy requires no experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and monitor patient’s medication therapy and orders for safety and efficacy.
• Prepare, label and dispense medications per prescriptions and maintain records.
• Provide drug information and educate caregivers, patients and students.
