Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Information Management, or related health care area (required)
• CCS certification (required)
• CDIP certification (required)
• CCDS certification (required)
• RHIT or RHIA (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for inpatient coding and CDI programs
• Lead staff development, education, and performance management
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, revenue cycle, compliance, and informatics to improve documentation integrity and reimbursement
• Ensure adherence to federal and payer requirements and audit readiness
