Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join the Pediatric Hematology/Oncology/BMT inpatient service at Primary Children’s Hospital in Salt Lake City, UT. The APP will handle inpatient evaluations, consults, treatment plans, chemotherapy orders, and coordination with a multidisciplinary team.

Applicants should hold Utah PA/NP licensure, NP/PA board certification, and relevant certifications (PALS/BLS, DEA).

Qualifications

• Utah license as a PA or APRN.
• Board Certification as NP or PA.
• Utah State Controlled Substance License.
• Federal DEA Certificate II–V.
• PALS and BLS Certifications for Healthcare Providers.
• Preferred: Prior pediatric hematology/oncology/BMT experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate inpatients.
• Perform new patient transplant and immunology consults.
• Develop care plans and manage prescriptions.
