• Master's or Doctorate in the clinical specialty with credentialing eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, diagnoses, and monitors patient status using evidence-based care.
• Develops and implements a plan of care; prescribes therapy and home care orders.
• Leads multidisciplinary patient care and serves as clinical resource.
• Collaborates with nursing, medicine and other staff to ensure quality care.
