Job summary

TEIS is seeking a full-time and/or part-time Early Intervention Therapist to serve families across Washington County, PA. The role emphasizes education of families and helping children thrive through in-home services.

Responsibilities include developing and documenting individualized treatment plans, implementing family-centered therapy, and traveling locally to provide Early Intervention services. The therapist will align with TEIS procedures and support parents in daily routines.

Qualifications

• PA Physical Therapy license active and in good standing.
• Clearances: Act 33/34, FBI fingerprinting, Mandated Reporter (Act 31).
• Valid PA driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable personal vehicle.
• Interest in pediatric therapy for children ages 0–3.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and document treatment plans per TEIS procedures.
• In-home EI services with local travel and family-centered care.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate progress with families.
