Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Immunology Internship Program seeks a highly motivated Immunology Pediatric Clinical Development Summer Intern to support pediatric drug development efforts. The role offers hands-on, project-based experiences within a collaborative team environment.

The internship runs May 2027 through August 2027, with on-site work in La Jolla, CA or Spring House, PA, and a hybrid model if not lab-based. Strong candidates are pursuing advanced life sciences degrees with a minimum 3.0 GPA.

Qualifications

• Clinical or biomedical research experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Available to work full time (40 h/w).
• Hybrid work requirement with on-site 3 days/week and remote 2 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Support pediatric drug development projects and inform pediatric development strategies.
• Review and interpret clinical, scientific, and safety data from pediatric trials.
• Prepare regulatory, clinical, and scientific deliverables (materials, presentations, abstracts, publications).
• Collaborate with Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, Biostatistics, and Safety teams.
• Complete a primary research project and present findings to the Pediatric Development Team.
