Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Immunology Internship Program offers a full-time, immersive learning experience within Immunology Therapeutic Area R&D. Interns contribute to meaningful projects, receive mentorship, and gain exposure to the drug development process in a global, matrixed environment.

The internship runs May 17 through August 6, 2027, located in Spring House, PA, with a hybrid on-site work model.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop foundational understanding of clinical research and drug development.
• Participate in department, project, cross-functional, and/or team meetings.
• Shadow key clinical and functional roles to support learning.
• Support clinical study activities in collaboration.
• Assist with clinical data and medical review, including query generation and resolution.
• Support interpretation, reporting, and presentation of research results with senior colleagues.
• Review medical literature, related products, and emerging technologies.
• Conduct a clinical trial retention gap analysis and summarize findings.
• Collaborate across functional disciplines and lead program-specific projects.
