Job summary

The Johnson & Johnson Immunology Internship Program offers a full-time, immersive learning experience within Immunology Therapeutic Area Research and Development. Interns contribute to meaningful projects, engage with leaders and colleagues across functions, and build practical skills through structured learning, mentorship, and exposure to the drug development process.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited University or College program for the duration of the internship.
• Minimum GPA 3.0, coursework in biology, chemistry, pre-med, or related fields.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute experiments under mentor guidance.
• Participate in department and cross-functional team meetings.
• Collect data, record keeping, and reporting results.
• Review literature and assist with interpretation of findings.
• Prepare abstracts/posters for research symposium.
