Job summary

Baystate Health is seeking a BC/BE Pediatric Infectious Diseases physician to join the Division at Baystate Children’s Hospital in Springfield, MA. The role includes outpatient clinics for HIV, TB, family travel, and inpatient consults, with telehealth support and a strong antimicrobial stewardship program.

The position combines clinical care with resident and medical student teaching, with faculty appointment at UMass Chan Medical School-Baystate. Relocation and mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• ABMS BE/BC Pediatric Infectious Diseases required.
• Mentorship available for early career physicians.
• Experience with outpatient HIV, TB and travel clinics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient services including Pediatric HIV, TB and family travel clinics, and inpatient consults.
• Participate in telehealth coverage.
• Contribute to Antimicrobial Stewardship Program with pediatric pharmacists.
