Job summary

Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, LifeBridge Health is seeking a PRN Pediatric ID Physician to support call coverage. Weekday shifts run 8 AM–5 PM and weekend shifts from Friday 5 PM to Monday 8 AM. The on-call physician must respond by phone to calls and come in for consults.

The position requires an active MD or DO license, BC/BE in Pediatrics with Infectious Disease, Maryland CDS license, and demonstrated computer proficiency. Notes must be entered in Cerner EMR.

Qualifications

• Must be board certified/board eligible in Pediatrics and Infectious Disease.
• Active MD or DO license required.
• Maryland CDS license required.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Weekday Shifts: 8 AM–5 PM.
• Weekend Shifts: 5 PM Friday–8 AM Monday.
• On-call physician must respond by phone during shift and come to the hospital for consults.
• Enter all notes/consults in Cerner EMR (EMR system).
