Pediatric ICU Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Start Date: ASAP     Pay Rate: $114,000 - $143,500

The highly reputable University of Iowa Stead Family Children's Hospital seeks a 100% Critical Care ARNP to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including nights, days, and weekends. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive medical care and management to patients admitted to the Intensive Care Unit. Make medical decisions independently or collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, focusing on inpatient care, optimizing length of stay, resource utilization, and cost-effectiveness. Your contribution will significantly impact patients and the institution. Join us in our commitment to delivering outstanding pediatric healthcare.

Applicants must have at least two years of experience caring for critically ill pediatric patients or possess equivalent expertise in treating patients admitted to a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. A master's degree in nursing is preferred; however, a Baccalaureate degree in Nursing is required if it is in a related field.
