Details:

• Schedule: 10 shifts/month, 24-hour call, 30-min response time with onsite clinic hours
• Setting: Inpatient, Level I nursery
• Volume: 2 patients per shift
• Procedures: Attend C-sections, CPAP/BiPAP, intubation (ENT/INT support)
• Requirements: 24 months' experience, PALS, NRP
• EMR: Medhost
• License: AZ or active IMLC LOQ (licensing costs covered)
• Credentialing: 60-90 days

Long-term contract potential. Will wait for license with active IMLC LOQ.
