Position Highlights:

1. Provide direct patient care while incorporating education, research, leadership, and consultation into clinical practice.
2. Cover 32 hours per week, during night shifts, working two 16-hour shifts or a 24-hour weekend, plus one night during the week.
3. The role is exclusively focused on night shifts, offering a schedule that allows for flexibility and work-life balance.
4. Operate in a 10-bed unit with an average census of 5-6 patients.
