Responsibilities

The Department of Pediatrics at the Frederick P. Whiddon College of Medicine at the University of South Alabama and USA Health are recruiting for a faculty position in the Division of Pediatric Hospital Medicine.

Duties include providing inpatient care at USA Health Children's & Women's Hospital, the primary referral center for the region, as well as teaching medical students and residents. Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics. Experience in Pediatric Hospital Medicine is desirable.

The successful candidate will work with an interdisciplinary team of health care professionals managing a broad range of pediatric diseases. Unique opportunities for program development, clinical research, and scholarly collaboration with clinical and laboratory research programs are available.
