RWJBARNABAS HEALTH AND CHILDREN’S SPECIALIZED HOSPITAL IS SEEKING A FULL-TIME INPATIENT PEDIATRICIAN IN NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ!

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a full-time inpatient pediatrician for a daytime/weekday hospitalist position at Children’s Specialized Hospital’s Inpatient Acute Rehabilitation Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ. This is an amazing opportunity for a pediatrician to work with a collaborative multi-disciplinary team, treating children with complex medical conditions ages 0-21 years. Of note, this position does not require in-house night coverage and also allows for further professional development opportunities. Ideal candidates will be joining a busy and growing practice delivering comprehensive care. A core function of the pediatric hospitalist will be to support a team-based approach, inclusive of communication with case managers, social workers, bed managers, and others to ensure appropriate patient-centered transitions of care. Moreover, the pediatric hospitalist will work extensively with the case management, social work, bed management, and pharmacy teams to assist in patient and family communications and care planning.

Candidate Requirements:

• Board-certified/Board-eligible in Pediatrics
• NJ licensed or eligible for licensure in NJ
