Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) in Pickerington, OH to work with pediatric patients in their home and 1on1 at school. Full-time and part-time positions are available for DAY SHIFTS.

Shifts available Monday through Friday 8:30am-5pm with school hours 9:30am-3:30pm. Maxim offers competitive pay, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) savings, awards programs, and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state in which the RN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
