Job summary

MGA Homecare in Spring Hill, TN is seeking a Homecare Nurse (RN/LPN) to provide in-home skilled nursing care. You will work closely with physicians, case managers, and the care team to help patients achieve the highest quality of life through personalized care.

You will deliver nursing treatments, monitor conditions, document thoroughly, and collaborate across disciplines while maintaining a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN or LPN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• TB test results or chest X-ray documentation.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach to patient care.

Responsibilities
