MGA Homecare in Spring Hill, TN is seeking a Homecare Nurse (RN/LPN) to provide in-home skilled nursing care. You will work closely with physicians, case managers, and the care team to help patients achieve the highest quality of life through personalized care.

Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted RN or LPN license in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • TB test results or chest X-ray documentation.
  • Reliable transportation.

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver skilled nursing care and administer treatments and medications according to physician orders and individualized care plans.

Physical Requirements
