Job summary

All About Therapy, PLLC is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our Natural Environment team in the Durham, Raleigh, and Cary/Apex area. You will work in homes, daycares, schools, and community settings with flexible, part-time, PRN, or expanded caseload options.

You’ll have leadership and scheduling support while maintaining independence in your practice in a therapist-led pediatric setting.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Active or eligible North Carolina OT license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized pediatric occupational therapy in homes, daycares, schools, and community settings.
• Conduct evaluations and standardized assessments.
• Develop functional, individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based, evidence-informed therapy.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and educators to support progress.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain timely and compliant documentation.
• Collaborate with other members of the child's care team.
