Job summary

Magenta Care LLC is seeking an experienced home pediatric infusion nurse to join our team in the Umatilla area of Oregon. The role involves delivering infusion nursing care in patients’ homes with travel outside Umatilla as needed, up to one to two hours away.

Applicants must hold an Oregon RN license, with certifications such as CRNI or IgCN preferred and a BSN encouraged but not required. A minimum of 1 year of home health RN experience is preferred, plus CPR/BLS and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• RN with infusions in home health setting preferred.
• Oregon RN license required; BSN preferred but not required.
• CRNI or IgCN certification preferred.
• CPR and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in home health within RN scope.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care with family involvement.
• Coordinate with physicians and care team to create plans of care.
