Job summary

The SPEAK Center for Language and Learning is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our home health team in Arizona. Work under licensed SLPs to deliver therapy to children, primarily with ASD, in their homes and communities.

You will implement Plans of Care, document progress, and collaborate with families to ensure goal carryover while participating in ongoing team training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires degree from an SLPA program or equivalent.
• Current AZ SLPA licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Experience with children with developmental disabilities, especially ASD, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized therapy plans developed by supervising SLPs.
• Conduct therapy sessions in children’s home environments.
• Collaborate with families to support carryover of therapy goals.
• Document progress and communicate with supervising SLPs regularly.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings.
