Job summary

Jobtome is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide direct home healthcare services in a pediatric-focused setting. You will coordinate care with families, administer treatments, and ensure safety and compliance with hospital policies.

The role requires NM RN licensure, a Bachelor’s degree, CPR/BLS, and at least one year of related experience. Sign-on and relocation support are available; standard daytime shifts in a full-time role.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in NM
• 1 year directly related experience
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent patient communication and care planning

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in home settings
• Coordinate home healthcare activities with families and care teams
• Administer medications and treatments per protocols
• Monitor patient status and report changes to the team
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures and safety standards
• Educate families on care plans and self-management
• Support patient safety by identifying and addressing hazards
