Care Options for Kids is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for pediatric home health in New Jersey. You will deliver focused, one-on-one nursing care to children with high acuity in the patient’s home, using clinical judgment with support from a dedicated team.

Ideal candidates are autonomous, value continuity of care, and enjoy collaborating with families and physicians to ensure safe, compassionate care. A valid NJ RN license and drive to travel to patient homes are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires valid NJ RN license or multi-state license.
• Active BLS CPR and TB test required.
• TB test or TB blood test within past 12 months.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train.
• Physical ability for home visits and caregiving tasks.

Responsabilités

• Provide focused, one-on-one pediatric nursing in home environments.
• Assess patient needs and implement care plans with physician orders.
• Collaborate with families to educate and support at home.
