Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey RN license or multi-state license.
• Physical exam within last 3 years.
• TB test (PPD) or TB blood test (QF).
• Valid BLS CPR card (in-person).
• Valid driver's license.
• G-tube/trach/vent experience or willing to train.
