Care Options for Kids is seeking an RN to provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health nursing. You will care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs in the home, applying clinical judgment and following physician orders to deliver safe, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Current BLS CPR card required.
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train.
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF) completed.
• Current, active RN license.

Responsibilities

• Care for high-acuity pediatric patients in the home setting.
• Follow care plans and physician orders with clinical judgment.
