Job summary
BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking a Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home pediatric nursing. Flexible hours and both part-time and full-time positions are available, with a competitive hourly rate of $50–$60 based on experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.
- Perform assessments and monitor vital signs.
- Develop and implement individualized pediatric care plans with physicians.
- Administer medications and treatments per orders.
- Care for complex cases with G-tubes, feeding pumps, tracheostomies, vents, and equipment.
- Monitor feeding tubes and similar needs.
- Educate families on care plans.
- Report changes promptly to physician and family.
- Document assessments and interventions accurately.
- Adhere to regulations and BrightStar Care policies.
- Deliver compassionate, family-centered care.
- Respond to emergencies appropriately.
