Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Tampa is seeking a Clinical Care Supervisor (RN) to blend hands-on pediatric home nursing with case management and team leadership. You will mentor staff, oversee patient care plans, and ensure quality across in-home visits and in-office operations.

Work will include alternating field days with on-site days, travel within the service area, and collaborations with clinicians to optimize patient outcomes and staff development.

Qualificações

• RN is required to practice as a pediatric home health nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Home health, pediatric, or office experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver skilled nursing services per patient care plans and physician orders.
• Demonstrate pediatric clinical judgment while working independently.
• Assist with caseload management and care coordination.
• Assist with onboarding new nursing hires and competency checks.
• Provide mentorship and precepting for direct care staff in home and office settings.
• Conduct assessments, supervisory visits, and re-evaluations to ensure quality care.
