Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing
• 2+ years of nursing experience
• Home health, pediatric care or office experience preferred
• Prolonged desk work and local travel required

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of high-quality patient care in assigned region
• Provide leadership, guidance, and clinical oversight to nursing staff
• Coordinate with patients, families, physicians, and team to plan care
• Develop and implement treatment programs; set goals and discharge planning
• Conduct supervisory visits, assessments, and documentation per policy
• Serve as liaison with physicians, hospitals, and external providers
• Lead staff orientation, training, and in-service education
• Participate in QAPI programs and annual agency evaluations
