HomePointe HealthCare is currently hiring a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) in Crown Point. Join our team to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the home for pediatric clients, with flexible scheduling and no mandatory long shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid Indiana RN license.
• Central Line experience required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and follow an individualized Plan of Care and Nursing Care Plans.
• Perform comprehensive assessments of client status.
• Provide skilled nursing interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Update Care Plans based on changes in client status.
• Maintain client records and participate in team meetings.
