Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Colorado.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home, individualized therapy to adult clients in Grand Junction, CO. You'll help patients improve independence, mobility, and overall quality of life through skilled, client-centered care.

Compensation & Scheduling

• Competitive Pay: $70.00 - $85.00 per routine visit
• Start of Care Visits: Up to $120 per SOC
• Part-Time Availability: 10-20 visits per week
