Care Options for Kids is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Supervisor in New Jersey to oversee daily supervision of nurses and home health aides, ensure quality of service, and review clinical content and patient records. This full-time, hybrid role emphasizes staff development, EMR proficiency, and compliant care within the plan of care.

You will mentor new staff, conduct in-home supervisory visits, coordinate with nursing leadership, and help maintain confidential records while supporting

Qualifikationen

• Active and current RN license in New Jersey.
• 1+ year of home health care or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of trach, vent, g-tube, and pediatric care.
• Excellent communication and customer-service orientation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR systems.

Aufgaben

• Provide daily supervision of nurses and home health aides to ensure quality of service within the plan of care.
• Review clinical content, diagnoses, medical history, medications and statuses from client records.
• Appraise staff performance with nursing leadership and provide coaching as needed.
• Evaluate client needs and appropriateness of home care by reviewing intake forms.
• Orient new staff to policies and procedures and conduct EMR-related training.
• Conduct in-home supervisory visits and client visits as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of medical and personnel records.
