Job summary

Harmony Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Pediatric Home Health Nurse to provide specialized nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes in Albuquerque and surrounding areas.

You will collaborate with families, physicians, and therapists to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care, focusing on chronic illnesses or disabilities, with flexible shifts including FT/PT/PRN in Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Santa Fe and East Mountains.

Qualifications

• Current New Mexico or Compact RN/LPN license.
• CPR (BLS) certification.
• Licensed and insured driver.
• TB test or Chest X-ray within last 10 years.
• Experience with G-Tubes, Trachs preferred but not required.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one pediatric nursing care in the patient’s home.
• Collaborate with families, physicians, therapists, and other caregivers.
• Document care with simple, clear charting for each patient.
• Deliver home- and community-based treatments and therapies.
• Assess and intervene based on patient needs and medical conditions.
• Support flexible hours that accommodate family schedules.
