Job summary
HARMONY HOME HEALTH SERVICES LLC is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Home Health Nurse in Albuquerque, NM. In this full-time role, you will provide specialized nursing care to pediatric patients within their homes, ensuring a compassionate and high-quality approach to medical attention.
The ideal candidate will have a valid nursing license in New Mexico or Compact, as well as CPR certification. Responsibilities involve working closely with families, providing one-on-one care, and maintaining patient health.
Flexible hours and a supportive work environment are offered.
Qualifications
- Current New Mexico or Compact RN/LPN license.
- CPR (BLS) Certified.
- Licensed and insured driver.
- Current TB test or Chest X-ray within the last 10 years.
- Experience with G-Tubes, Tracheostomies preferred but not required.
- New graduates encouraged to apply.
- Criminal background check must be performed before hire.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.
- Work closely with families and healthcare professionals.
- Perform simple charting and provide one-on-one patient care.
- Assess and evaluate based on unique medical needs.
