Pediatric Home Service, Inc. in Bellevue, NE is seeking a dedicated pediatric home health nurse to provide skilled care in the child's home or school setting.

You will partner with families and the care team to support daily living, growth, and safety. Hours are Monday through Friday 7a–3p or 8a–4p, with PRN shifts two days per week, offering meaningful, one-on-one care that helps children thrive at home rather than in a hospital.

Aufgaben

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings.
• Assess and monitor patient condition and communicate changes with the care team.
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies.
• Provide trach, ventilator, airway and G-tube care as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education.
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment.
