Job summary

MGA Homecare is seeking an LPN/LVN to deliver skilled nursing in a pediatric home health setting in North Carolina. The role requires an active NC nursing license, reliable transportation, and CPR certification.

You will work under limited supervision, documenting care plans and noting changes in patient status. Shifts include 3p-11p on weekdays, 8a-4:30p Fridays, and 8a-5p Monday through Friday, with responsibilities to adhere to agency policies and participate in required activities.

Qualifications

• Active NC Nursing license is required.
• Provide copy of current TB results or Chest X-ray.
• Provide copy of current CPR certification as per agency policy.
• Be flexible, organized and able to exercise independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provides skilled nursing as ordered on the plan of treatment and nursing care plan.
• Documents clinical notes, supplemental orders, and nursing care plan.
• Notifies Director of Clinical Services and/or Clinical Manager of significant changes in patient status.
