Job summary

PACIFIC HEALTH SERVICES INC seeks a Pediatric Home Health LVN to provide compassionate in-home care for children in the IE, CA region. The role supports families and works within a multidisciplinary team.

The LVN will administer medications, monitor progress, educate families, and maintain documentation, with a focus on safety and quality pediatric care.

Qualifications

• Current California LVN license and CPR certification.
• Experience in pediatric nursing or home health care preferred.
• Experience with tracheostomy and G-tubes.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop care plans.
• Provide education and support to families regarding patient care.
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility support.
• Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for patients.

NOC Shift: Sunday-Thursday 11pm-7am
